Campaign Manager

Sanny is Ivoice's Campaign Manager. He is responsible for conducting training to new agents, heading the teams under his cluster, and sending End of Day, End of Week, and End of Month reports to clients. Handling a few teams alone may be challenging but he manages to conduct huddle and call listening every start of the shift to keep the agents on track. Sanny has worked as a call center agent for a year and was then promoted seeing his dedication at work.
